Sheenam and I worked together at 10 Design for approximately 15 months in Hong Kong. She was professional, diligent, career focused and a very well respected team member. Sheenam is an exceptionally talented designer whom I've had the pleasure of working with. During our time working at Woods Bagot 2 years ago together on Mill Green, a major precinct revitalisation project in Perth, she brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the team. It was clear from the start that her high calibre skills would make a difference to the design process. In a short timeframe, she quickly picked up the project narrative, and the technical skills required for achieving the design outcomes. When faced with project challenges, she was quick to problem-solve, facilitate the design process, and generate intuitive solutions. Her passion and hard work are inspiring and admirable.
Sheenam's biggest strength is her ability to identify when a mistake has been made, and pivot quickly to adapt, resolve and push forward. Her humility and willingness to listen is one of the reasons she stands out as a strong designer. More-over, she is just a delight to work with. Her positive attitude and engagement with other team mates makes her a great team player. Her peer feedback from others in her team is phenomenal!

DigIO is updating their website https://digio.com.au/ to include their new design practice offering.
This project was done as part of the 2 Stage Interview process with Pretzel Lab@Australia.

Gathered and evaluated user requirements to create wireframes, prototypes, mockups for handover to the Development team.

MAKE BOOKINGS SWIFTER FOR PET OWNERS

Pet Doc is an appointment booking tool originally designed for a small businesses. Overtime, its user base evolved and the existing experience couldn't handle the emerging use-cases and scale across industry verticals. In 2022, we set out to redesign the product to make it a delightful, modern app that works equally well for everyone.

Responsible for research, concept design, user testing and delivery of key UX artifacts.

Overview
The new onboarding flow addresses our critical issue of high drop-off rates during setup. With a step by step guided flow, users are familiarised with setting up their pet's profile and the first service they avail. This helps avoid a cold start when users land on the product for the first time.
Impact
Bookings grew by 70% over the last year.
It helped hundreds of Vets reach Pet Owners (and vice-versa) so that they can offer virtual consultations, schedule appointments & walk-ins with social distancing & crowd control and ensuring business as usual through the pandemic.
